This tangle was inspired by the sides of a vintage piano that I saw at a friend’s place. It was a beautiful black piano with the side boards having this antique color pillar-like motif surrounded with leaf vines in gold and silver. I was attracted to it instantly. The top of the pillar had this interesting ornate motif which I have converted to a tangle. It reminded me of a pine cone flower embedded between leaves. Thus I decided to call it “Floral Cone.”

It is a delicate looking tangle and can be used as a border, fragment, corners of the tile, centre of a tile and can be grown like an organic tangle as well.
