Payments and Refunds

  • Upon Registration we require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost of your workshop(s). Payment of this deposit confirms your reservation.
  • Registration’s are open 30 days from start date of Workshop.
  • Participants are not guaranteed a spot in any workshop without a paid deposit. Payment of your deposit will be taken as your acceptance of these terms and conditions and will constitute a contract between yourself and Zennergy.
  • Your full balance is due 15 days prior to start date of the selected workshop schedule.

Cancellation / Refunds

  • Cancellation is permitted upto 15 days prior to start date of the selected workshop schedule.
  • 50% Deposit: Non-refundable:
    • Elementary Workshops: The “Zennergy Experience Workbook’s” is shipped to you against this amount within 3 to 5 working days of receipt of your fee.
    • Intermediate: Non Refundable
    • Advanced: Non Refundable
  • Any amount paid beyond the 50% deposit will be fully refunded within 5 working days of the scheduled workshop if we receive notification of non-participation.
  • After Workshop Scheduled start date all payments are non refundable.
  • If full balance is not received within the scheduled period as indicated afore in this document, it shall be treated as a forfeiture of the deposit as indicated afore in this document, however, ‘Zennergy’ may consider a written request by email for a spot in an alternative scheduled Workshop if the same is available. The “Re-Registration” process is managed manually and is not automatic, therefore emails shall be the default method of communication for this purpose.
  • All financial transaction fees made at time of payment are non-refundable. Refund transaction fees will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Pets

  • Pets are not allowed in the studio.

Smoking

  • Smoking is not allowed in any of the studio facilities.

Arrival and Departure Times

  • Students are expected to reach 15 minutes prior to start of the scheduled workshops timing’s.

Liability

The owners and employees of Zennergy shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by the workshop participants. Zennergy assumes no liability for any loss, damage, expense, injury or inconvenience by reason of any defects in the structure of the property, plumbing, electrical systems, gas, water or failures in the supply of utilities for either the studio facilities or housing. For any loss or damage to the studio or housing facilities or fixtures/fittings caused by workshop participants, the cost of repair or replacement will be paid by the participant to the owners of the accommodation and/or studio facility.

The safety and welfare of children is the sole responsibility of their parent or guardian.

Cancellation and Substitutions

We reserve the right to cancel any workshop due to insufficient registration. Participants will be notified of cancellations by the registration deadline as outlined in Dates and Deadlines. We reserve the right to substitute another qualified instructor and/or amend any workshop in the event of unforeseen circumstances at any time. A full refund will be made in case of cancellation. We will refund any travel related costs.

Force Majeure

Refunds do not apply when your course is cancelled as a result of risk of war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions and similar events beyond our control.

Misadventure

We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage you may suffer during the period of your course due to accident, illness, bodily injury or loss of equipment, of belongings or from any other cause.

Insurance

It is solely the responsibility of the workshop participants to obtain travel and health insurance while enrolled in Zennergy workshop.

Passports, Visas

It is the sole responsibility of Zennergy workshop participants to obtain the travel documents (passports, visas, etc.) necessary to attend Zennergy workshops.

Notifications will be made in a timely manner in the event of any necessary changes to any workshop.
Zennergy reserves the right to remove any disruptive participant from the workshops and/or housing without refund.

Telephones

Participants in Zennergy Workshops are required to have a functioning cell phone while attending the workshop, however the same shall be kept in silent mode during teaching periods and may be used during short breaks.
